Today I got back to the gym after a 2 months break(I traveled around the world). It feels like I got my bones "kicked between the legs".

I'm expectig that kind of muscle soreness, that it's like bee sting. Although I knew it, I could do a bit less. I will see tomorrow if I over do it for the first day at the gym, after 2 months break.

For now I am going to go with a regular, classic bodybuilding routine: 3-4 exercises per muscle group, 3 working sets and 10 reps. For every exercise I am going to keep the same weight. When I get to last set of an exercise I do all the reps I can. Usually 12-14 reps. When I reach 14 reps on the last set of an exercises, on the next workout for that exercise I increase weight with 2-5%, depending if it's upper or lower body.

As eating I eat low carb most of the days, concentrating on valuable fats and easy absorbing protein. Most of the carbs comes from vegies and on workout days from my post workout supplements. For now I wan't use pre workout supplement. My supplements are, beside post workout supplement, a multivitamin and a liver detox(as I travel a lot).
